What is the cinnamon house?

The "cinnamon house" is a part of Uncle Jack's real-estate development. Uncle Jack tells Primrose that he gave it that name because the owner, who read somewhere that potential homebuyers like a smell of cinnamon in the air, has making the whole house stink with burned cinnamon.
