What are some of the plot holes seen in Madeline's escape with Olly to Hawaii?

There are two major plot holes in this section of the story. First, as this story is set in present-day, both Madeline and Ollie would need ID's to take a flight. While Ollie has a driver's license, there is no way that Madeline would. Likewise, their IDs are not checked when they sign in at the hotel.
