What is the main conflict in Eleemosynary by Lee Blessing?

The play's main conflict revolves around the relationship of the play's three main characters.... a grandmother, her daughter, and her granddaughter, which is at best combative. This conflict is direct result of Dorothea's eccentricity and desire to control.
