Comment on point of view

The novel is written in the first-person point of view. With the exception of the epilogue, the entire novel is seen through the eyes of Bella Swan. Bella is a human girl who has fallen in love with both a vampire and a werewolf. These relationships place Bella in a world that most humans are unaware exists and makes her a target of those who do not want her to continue gaining knowledge of these worlds.
