About what do Edward and Jacob talk?

As Bella begins to go to sleep, Edward and Jacob talk. Edward admits to certain jealousies in regards to Bella and tells Jacob why he left her, telling him that changing Bella into a vampire was the last thing he had wanted to do but that their relationship and her passions for him have left him little choice. Jacob then tells Edward about the third wife, explaining something Edward heard Bella say in her sleep, causing him concern about what she might do during the battle.
