Is Water Aid’s aim of safe water for all by 2030 achievable?

I suppose it is if people are willing to sacrifice and change their habits. Water symbolizes life, especially when the water shortage becomes a water crisis that ends with hundreds of thousands of desperate people and thousands of deaths.
