Where does Janina bury the deer's head in Chapter Four in the novel, Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead?

Janina buries the deer's head in her graveyard by the house and lays a stone on top of the grave. There are already a number of these stones in the graveyard. She has buried an old cat that she found in her cellar when she moved in, a feral she-cat that died giving birth, a fox, several moles, and a deer that dogs mauled.
