Who is Master Domick from Dragonsinger and what is their importance?

Master Domick teaches composition at Harpers Craft Hall. He is a talented composer, but his compositions tend to be too complicated. Though his songs are good for those just learning the craft, Menolly's songs are more suitable for the general public, which makes her an ideal apprentice to the craft. Over the course of the novel, Master Domick is increasingly appreciative of Menolly's abilities and later encourages her to join the quartet.
