Who is Dennis Gault from Double Whammy and what is their importance?

Dennis Gault is a businessman and avid fisherman. He loves nothing more than participating a various fishing tournaments, but because of his position, feels as if he doesn't fit in. Gault's perceived alienation causes him to dislike the men he fishes against, and to even go so far as to hire someone to prove they're cheating. In the end, Dennis is killed in a fishing accident.
