Who is Phil from the book, Don and Phil Go Outside?

Phil is one of the young men who is part of a YouTube duo. He is one of two narrators of this photo scrapbook. His comments appear in blue ink. Phil is British. He describes himself as being unusually tall but no good for taking selfies because he tended to drop phones.

Because Phil suffers travel sickness he was assigned the bedroom in the tour bus instead of being given a bunk like Dan got. From his comments and captions in the book, Phil seems to be the more sarcastic of the two; he is the one more likely to make a snide comment about something the two did or saw while on tour.
