Jabba is the NSA's chief Sys-Sec technician. He responsible for protecting all NSA computer systems from viruses. He knows Midge dislikes Strathmore, and he believes that she is overreacting when she calls him about TRANSLTR. Jabba tells her that her data is incorrect.
