In Chapter One, Section One, who does Gicaandi say is happy?

Gicaandi mentions two types of people who are happy. One is the traveller who is able to see the tree stumps in his way for he can move them or walk around them so they do not make him stumble. Also happy is the man who is able to see pitfalls in his path so he can avoid them.
