Commander Albie Elbaz is responsible for assisting Rayford at the airstrip at Mizpe Ramon. It is Albie who chooses George Sebastian as the lead helicopter pilot. Albie also takes David Hassid to Petra so he can begin preparing the area for the Israeli refugees.
