Buck is the wife of Chloe and father of Kenny. Buck is given the task of accompanying Chaim, who is to act as a second Moses and lead the Israeli believers out of Jerusalem to the safety of Petra. Buck has difficulty believing that the feeble, old man that he knows will be able be the powerful leader that is needed by the people.
