What is the main setting in the novel, Demon in My View?

The novel is set in the fictional towns of Ramsa and New Mayhem. Ramsa is a typical small town where everyone knows everyone else. Ramsa is suffocating to the main character, Jessica, because for some unknown reason most people there do not like her. New Mayhem is a secret town that is like the headquarters for vampires in the United States. This is a unique place that is safe for humans who live there because of the rules that keep vampires from killing humans in New Mayhem, but proves dangerous for those who live nearby because of the vampires' need to feed.
