Who is Anna Valmont, Francisca Garcia from Death Masks and what is their importance?

Anna Valmont and Francisca Garcia are two of the thieves, who steal the Shroud of Turin. They escape the attack on LaRouche, only to find themselves repeatedly under attack by demons who want the Shroud for themselves. Garcia is killed in an attack by one of the demons, but Valmont escapes - repeatedly, as it turns out, from both the demons and from Harry. In the end, Valmont disappears, leaving the items she stole for Harry.
