What does Trey mean by Manny and Justyce needing to “stay connected to the white man for the ride to the top.” Do you agree or disagree with Trey?

Trey means that the dominant race is white people and if blacks want to succeed, they need to be connected to white society. I would agree. The world, at least the Western world, is dominated by white society. Governments and business leaders are generally white with only a few exceptions.
