Brian Sanford is a sleazy private detective whose office is located above the Eager Beaver strip club in Atlantic City. Sanford is the person responsible for mailing out the envelopes containing Nips magazine to Christian Steele and others. Sanford claims connection to celebrities by giving them nicknames. For example, he refers to singer Frank Sinatra as "Frankie" and billionaire real estate developer Donald Trump as "Donny". Sanford is basically a bottom-feeder with delusions of grandeur.
