Who is Aaron from Deal Breaker and what is their importance?

Aaron and Myron Bolitar have known each other since high school. The two men dislike one another vehemently. Aaron is an extremely large man who works as a paid thug for Roy O'Connor and the Ache brothers. Aaron fancies himself as a man of style and good fashion sense. This is not the case. Aaron wears suits but no shirt under the jacket. He does not wear socks either. His hair is dark and slicked back, in the style of NBA coach Pat Riley.
