Who is Justin and Mason from Daughters of the Moon: The Lost One - Book #6 and what is their importance?

Justin and Mason are followers of the evil Atrox cult. They take on the form of young men in order to blend into the high school crowd, all while attempting to destroy Tianna and the Daughters of the Moon. We later learn that Mason and Justin are responsible for the murder of Tianna's parents and sister.
