Attitudes about Animus Power

This is a kind of power that manifests very rarely and is treated differently by the various tribes, and each of the attitudes is a symbol of that group's overall attitudes. For example, Queen Lagoon feels she has the right to manipulate Fathom's personal life as soon as she knows about his power. The SkyWings kill any dragon who shows the animus power because they are an anomaly. The IceWings have a rule that a dragon can use this power only once in a life time but the NightWings push Arctic to use it for them repeatedly, despite the obvious toll it is taking.
