Describe the scene where Elmira confronts Clara and how Clara reacts.

Once Sam tells Elmira that Clara has purchased books on witchcraft, Elmira marches down the street and confronts Clara. Elmira blames Clara for all of the times Elmira has lost the election for lodge president and all of her accident. Clara toys with Elmira but because Elmira will not stop, Clara pretends to be a witch and casts a spell on Elmira.
