Who is Sean Murphy from Dance of the Gods and what is their importance?

Sean Murphy is Blair's father. Sean trained his daughter to be a demon hunter, though, it was not the life he wished for her. He'd hoped his son would have been born with the gift, but it wasn't..... thus, he reluctantly trained his daughter for a life he would not have wished for her. Sean left his home when Blair turned eighteen.
