Are any films besides Close Enounters of the Third Kind based on/ inspired by short stories by Knight?

As long as we're on the subject, does anyone know if any other films were made at Devils Tower Monument, Wyoming or soundstages meant to be/ resemble this monument, Particularly in the 50's/60's? Thank you!!
