Colonel Luttrell and his wife own a bed and breakfast. He is described as a tall, elderly man with mild blue eyes, who acts vague and nervous. Although the Colonel is said to be an excellent shot, he mistakes his wife for a rabbit one day and ends up shooting her, mistaking her for a rabbit.
