What is The Mating Bond?

The mating bond represents the true love that exists between some faeries, including between Rhysand and Feyre. The bond is rather complicated and it is possible to have this bond without acting on it. Both Elain and Nesta have bonds with faerie males, and neither is interested those relationships.
