Caesar does not make wide use of imagery in the text. Most of the language concerns strategy, warfare, and conflict.
Example of Imagery:
"Why go after this paltry miserable loot, when you have the chance of making your fortunes right away? In three hours you can reach Atuatuca where the Romans have stored all their property. The garrison is so small they can't even man the wall, and not a man dare set foot outside the entrenchments."
