Comment on point of view

The novel is written in the third person omniscient point of view. This novel is told through the narration of multiple characters, including Tessa, Jem, Will, and Charlotte. By using this type of point of view, the author allows the reader to see multiple events through the eyes of multiple characters so that the reader is aware of all that is going on even when those events take place outside the knowledge of the main characters.
