When Miro goes to speak to Ender, he asks Ender to talk to Jane or to rejoin the real world, which Ender refuses. He also charges Ender with killing Young Val by not paying enough attention to her. They have an awkward moment when Ender suggests that Miro is attracted to young Val who is something like Ender in a wig.
