Who is Moshe Offer from Children of the Flames: Dr. Josef Mengele and the Untold Story of the Twins of Auschwitz and what is their importance?

Moshe Offer was born in Hungary. He had a twin brother called Tibi. Mengele regularly used Tibi as a guinea pig, which resulted in his death. Tibi died after Mengele oversaw his castration. Moshe spent a good deal of time volunteering at a hospital opened specifically for Holocaust victims. He married twice, losing his first wife to heart disease. After the war, Moshe went on to become a film technician, working for a television station. He never, however, forgot his brother or the events in Auschwitz.
