It is impossible for someone to do this for you as a response journal is written by the person reading it and then recording how one felt while reading the work. What you can do to streamline this, though, is to read a chapter by chapter summary of the book you didn't read and then extrapolate what you might have felt on various chapters. Without knowing WHICH book by Dickens you are referring to (maybe Tale of Two Cities) I can't even give you a chapter by chapter summary link. Do a quick search on the internet for the title of the book you need and go from there.
