Who is Scytale from Chapterhouse: Dune and what is their importance?

Scytale is the last surviving Tleilaxu Master, Scytale lives in the grounded Bene Gesserit no-ship in the space field on Chapterhouse with Duncan Idaho and Murbella. He owes the Sisterhood for rescuing him and giving him sanctuary but withholds bargaining chips from the Reverend Mother Superior Darwi Odrade, particularly the nullentropy capsule implanted without scar in his chest. It contains start-up cells for a multitude of gholas, who can restore the sacred Bene Tleilax civilization and such notables as Muad'Dib and Stilgar.
