How does Frank obtain a flight crew?

He decides to get a flight crew from Pan Am by pretending to be a member of the recruiting team that Pan Am sends to the University of Arizona each year. He convinces students that he is there to pre-screen them for jobs with Pan Am and offers eight of them jobs interning for Pan Am during the summer. He pays their expenses for a summer in Europe.
