What do Pierce and Sampson discover on Walter Murphy's farm?

Pierce and Sampson dig a trench around the oak tree on Soneji's grandfather's farm. They find a lot of animal bones, fragments from a human skeleton of a young child, and a Lionel locomotive wrapped in tinfoil.
