Eva Flanegan is a prostitute, who works out of the Bear Flag Restaurant. She is described as a pious, red-haired Catholic girl from a big East St. Louis family. She is also said to be an unpredictable drunk. When William, the bouncer, tells her he is contemplating suicide she tells him it is a sin.
