The reading of this book is not for the "faint of heart" in economics. It is filled with facts and analyses of investing and the stock market that can be difficult to grasp if one does not have a relatively sound basic understanding. In this respect, the tone is often academic and thus difficult, requiring re-reading of entire sections, in order to grasp exactly what specific financial and investment maneuvers actually involved (for example, LBOs).
