Who is Lara Raith from Blood Rites and what is their importance?

Lara Raith is Thomas's older sister. She is very manipulative and cunning. She agrees to help Harry get close to her brother. Harry sets her father up, getting him to admit to not caring for any of his family at all. Lara attacks when her father is weak and lets Harry and her brother go free. Lara and Harry both know things about each other that would prove detrimental. They call a truce, understanding that they are not friends and do not trust each other. They agree that if one of them is going to break the truce there will be fair notice given that they are no longer neutral.
