Is Deckard a Replicant himself? Explain

It was hoped by many fans that this question would be answered in the much-anticipated Blade Runner 2049. Unfortunately, it was not. I think the general consensus is that Decker is a replicant who, like Rachel, wasn't given a four-year life span. Throughout Blade Runner (1982) Deckard has replicant-like traits. He covets old photos that aren't connected with him, takes savage beatings, and dreams of a unicorn that could very well from a memory implant.
