What does Kamikwayo represent?

Kamikwayo symbolizes the integral role that storytelling and narrative play in shaping human outlook and understanding. When Kamikwayo captures Tracker, he forces Tracker to tell a story. Tracker tells his own story, and Kamikwayo then sets Tracker free, as his story is not yet complete. Thus, both Tracker and Kamikwayo recognize the necessity of narrativizing one's own experiences.
