Who is Rabbi Liebovitz in Black Cross by Greg Iles?

Rabbi Liebovitz was a good friend of Mark McConnell's. He is also the man who sat with Mark McConnell III after his grandfather's funeral and shared the information about his past. He told Mark about his grandfather's secret mission during the war, his secret life, and shared the stories of the many lives that were saved because of his selflessness.
