Henry is the assassin that Penultimate sends to kill Arthur. His attempts to do so are thwarted, and he leaves Miami and tells his employers that he won't be returning to the city because the place is insane. Leonard is his partner, and the two were once heavily involved in organized crime. Their current activities are something of a retirement for them both, but Henry's attitude reflects that of a collected and capable criminal. He forces several lawyers to put out their cigars in a restaurant through the use of force, and is completely unafraid of their threats of assault charges afterwards. He is charged with crimes after the incident at the airport with the python, but the jury finds him not guilty after he brings a live python into the courtroom to demonstrate the threat the animal caused to his partner Leonard.
