Agent Greer is sent from the FBI alongside his partner, Seitz, in order to recover the nuclear bomb inside the briefcase. The two begin their search at the Jolly Jackal, where they determine that Arthur has purchased it. From the Herk residence, Greer travels to the airport in order to try to recover the bomb, and nearly orders the passenger plane carrying the bomb to be shot down.
