What is The Parking Spot?

Liz and Wes fight over a parking spot in front of their homes, which is a symbol of what Liz believes is her shared animosity with Wes. It becomes a bargaining chip that Liz uses to get Wes to help in her effort to capture Michael's attention. Liz eventually discovers that Wes's effort to hog the parking spot is merely a way to ensure he gets to talk to her.
