Who is Lord Delacour from Belinda?

Lord Delacour is the unhappy, disliked, and often drunk husband of Lady Delacour. The Delacour's unhappy marriage is a source of many conflicts and arguments, some of those arguments cause by Lord Delacour's easily provoked jealousy.
