What happened to Dee after she left Italy?

Dee left Italy without getting an abortion and later gave birth to a son she named Pasquale but calls Pat. She then married Alvis Bender, who died in a car accident less than four years into their marriage. Dee went onto become a high school drama and Italian teacher.
