Frank Arlen from Bag of Bones is Mike's deceased wife's brother. He is the oldest of all of Jo's siblings, and is the one that Mike is the closest to. When Jo dies it is the time he spends with Frank that helps bring Mike out of his deep depression. After all of the events play out at Sara Laughs, Frank is one of the only people that Mike entrusts the entire story to. Frank does not bat an eye and believes everything that Mike tells him. He also welcomes Kyra with open arms and has them both for Christmas.
