On pages 195-199, what has Elisabeth been hearing since the Brexit vote?

Since the Brexit vote, Elisabeth has been hearing thugs singing-shouting in the street. They were shouting about Britannia ruling the waves. Then they yelled that they would get the Muslims, the gyppos, and the gays. Elisabeth has also heard a right-wing spokesman yell and threaten a female MP on the radio.
