In 1995, how did Daniel describe language to Elisabeth?

Daniel told Elisabeth that language was like poppies. He said that the earth needed to be tilled to bring up sleeping words that would be bright red and fresh. Then the seedheads would rattle and seeds fall out. Then there would be even more language that would come up.
