Francisco springs immediately into action. He begins firing the clay to stop the flow of the molten steel in a manner that causes Hank to see that he knows what he is doing. Hank saves Francisco's life when he slips and almost falls into the molten metal. Hank realizes that there is more to Francisco than simply the playboy image he has cultivated in the press.
