Discuss the events as Stadler finds them at Project X.

Stadler runs to Project X because he feels it is the only safe place to be. He thinks that if it is turned on the population, he will be safe inside. When he arrives, however, he finds that it has been taken over by a gang led by the mad and drunken Cuffy Meigs. Shortly after his arrival, Meigs accidentally pulls the wrong lever and blows up Project X along with a sizable portion of four states.
